Do you offer services that aren’t listed on your website?
Yes. If you have something specific in mind that isn’t advertised, just get in touch and I’ll let you know what I can offer.
How do I book a photoshoot?
You can book directly through my website or by messaging me on social media. Once I have your details, I’ll confirm availability and secure your booking.
How long does it take to receive my edited photos?
Turnaround time varies depending on the type of shoot, but once you have chosen which photos you would like final edited versions of, galleries are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks.
How many photos will I receive?
This depends on the type of shoot, and the full details are written in each package description.
Do you require a deposit?
No. Because my prices are so affordable, I ask for the full payment upfront to secure your booking. This may vary for events and sports photoshoots.
Will you travel for photoshoots?
I mostly conduct photoshoots in Delamere Forest. If this location doesn’t work for you, please get in touch - other areas may be possible, though additional travel costs may apply
Can I bring family, pets, or friends to my session?
Absolutely, just let me know beforehand so I can plan the session to suit everyone.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your shoot, you may not be refunded the whole fee.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We can reschedule free of charge if the weather isn’t suitable. I always keep an eye on the forecast and will stay in touch before your shoot.
Do you offer indoor photoshoots?
At the moment, I’m unable to offer indoor or studio-style photoshoots. As a small business just getting started, I don’t yet have access to dedicated studio space or professional indoor equipment. All my sessions are currently outdoors, where I can make the most of natural light and beautiful locations.
